Coach Rick Lepre
Director of Recruiting Operations - Rio Grande Valley
Coach Lepre brings over 30 years of championship coaching experience in baseball and softball to All-American Sports Recruiting as the Director of Recruiting Operations - Rio Grande Valley.
Coach Lepre played intercollegiate baseball at (NJCAA) Westchester CC (NY) and (NAIA) Frostburg State University (MD).
After coaching baseball at Texas Southmost College, Coach Lepre won the 1987 T.C.I.L. 3A State Baseball Championship at Villa Maria HS (TX).
Coach Lepre took over the second year softball program at Porter HS (Brownsville) in 1994 where he built a perennial play-off contender. Coach Lepre retired from Porter HS after 2007, but remains as a consultant for San Benito HS (TX) softball.

Cesar Arizmendi
Associate Scout - Rio Grande Valley
Cesar brings a wealth of soccer and football experience to AASR. Cesar provides assistance to Coach Lepre in the Rio Grande Valley as an Associate Scout.
Cesar played intercollegiate soccer at (NCAA II) University of Findlay (OH). He graduated from Gladys Porter High School, where he played four years of soccer and football and two years as a sprinter in track. Cesar has played semi-pro football for the Brownsville Outlaws (TE) since 2008 and played for the Brownsville Hurricanes 2000-2008. He was selected for the 2002 USA Football team vs the Bahamas as a wide receiver.

Coach Anthony Thomas
Director of Recruiting Operations - Central Texas
Coach Thomas graduated from Lanier High School in 1987, where he earned Football 1st Team All-District in 1986 and 2nd Team All-District in 1987. Coach Thomas was 1st Team All-Conference and All-American DT at Blinn College in 1988. In 1990, Coach Thomas earned DT Honorable Mention at Angelo State University.
Coach Thomas has coached little league football and basketball for 13 years in the Austin and Round Rock communities. Coach John Ruiz
Associate Scout - Central Texas
Coach Ruiz has coached youth sports for the past since 2002 from Pony Recreation Baseball to Select Youth Baseball Elite Teams, USSSA, Super Series and Nations Baseball.
Since 2007, Coach Ruiz coached high school summer baseball to help players improve skills, fundamentals, workout habits and nutrition.
Coach Ruiz is currently a USSSA State Tournament Director for the Central Texas, South Central Texas and the Dallas Fort Worth area. Coach Ruiz also works closely with USSSA High School Elite Baseball.
Coach Ruiz ownes San Marcos Texas Elite Baseball Tournaments, which specializes in select baseball tournaments from ages 7u-18u.
